EFM Leads provides an AI assistant and related dashboard on a prepaid quota (€5 start; replies and help billed as published on the site). Public product copy is in English; the dashboard may be Lithuanian.
You remain the admin of your Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account. Connecting a Page authorizes EFM to list Pages and, after your in-product approval, create posts via Meta Graph API. We do not post without that approval in the default mode. You must have the right to grant Page permissions.
You must follow Meta Platform Terms and messaging policies. Connecting does not allow unsolicited promotional DMs to people who did not message the Page.
The service is provided as-is. Quota is prepaid. We are not liable for Meta outages, revoked tokens, or App Review delays. Maximum liability is the unused prepaid balance.
Until Meta App Review and Business Verification complete, Connect Facebook / Instagram works in Meta Development mode (app roles / testers), including the operator’s own Exit from Matrix Page. It is not a general public connector for arbitrary businesses until those Meta steps are done.
