EFM Leads is a software service that helps businesses answer customers and, when the business connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account, publish content the business has approved. Controller contact: exitfrommatriks@gmail.com, website efmleads.com, registration /onboarding.
To provide the contracted service: login, quota, assistant replies, and (only after you connect and approve) publishing to your Facebook Page / Instagram Professional account. Legal bases: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where required, consent for Meta permissions you grant in Meta’s login dialog.
When you connect a Page, Meta shows its own permission screen. Depending on the button you click we request Page list, engagement, posts, metadata, Instagram basic/publish, and (Messenger / Instagram Messages / full package) pages_messaging and instagram_manage_messages. We do not post to personal Facebook profiles. We reply to people who message your Page; we do not use this as a right to send cold promotional DMs.
We do not sell your data. Processors: hosting in the EU (this server), Meta (when you connect), payment provider for top-ups, email delivery for password reset. Each client’s Page token is isolated from other clients.
Account data while the account is active. Page tokens until you disconnect, delete the account, or Meta sends a data-deletion callback. Conversation logs follow the product retention of your workspace.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Use the account dashboard, data deletion, or write via the website. You may also revoke Meta permissions in Facebook Settings → Apps.
The service is for businesses, not for children under 16.
