Data deletion

1. From your EFM dashboard

Open /paskyra, Kanalai → Connect Facebook, then disconnect the Page (or contact us via the site). That deletes the Page access token file on the server and marks the connection disconnected.

2. From Facebook

Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → EFM Leads → Remove. Meta will call our callback https://efmleads.com/api/auth/facebook/data-deletion. We then delete stored Page tokens tied to that Facebook user id.

3. Confirmation

If you arrived here with a ?code= parameter, that is the confirmation code from a Meta data-deletion callback. Keep it if Meta asks for proof.

4. Full account

To delete the whole EFM Leads account (questionnaire, wallet history, conversations), write to exitfrommatriks@gmail.com from the email on the account. We do not keep Page tokens in git or in agent prompts.
